Project: The Shangri-La Hotel located on the vibrant Chao Phraya River is a Bangkok landmark. A 5 star hotel that prides itself on its unrivaled customer service.
As part of their comprehensive staff training program, all employees must undergo an English proficiency assessment set by the in-house training department. CTX was asked to help ensure that each department met the required assessment level as outlined by the Training Manager.
